An Artist's Statement

Always, this is a time for exploring.

A time to discover,

Time for reflection,

And then time to share.

There is no end to curiosity... if we allow ourselves the time to observe.

My hope is the artwork will feed you in some way,

Nourish you and ignite the creative energy within.

Growing up in a rural town in southern Ontario, Jennifer took art classes in her early teens.  These fond memories gave her the tools to begin painting again, as an adult.  The challenge though was to become inspired… and for that Jennifer has been fortunate to call the Comox Valley, a vibrant arts community, her home for the last 10 years.  Her work leads her from one experiment to another ~ always exploring a new interest. 

She works from a home studio, sharing the space with her half-ironman husband, their two daughters that are growing up in a blink and their sweet goldendoodle named Maddi.
